You can now purchase and download Kingpin from Gametap.
I have only just come across this site and it looks like you can either buy games or sign up for a monthly/yearly fee and have access to all their games.

While not directly related to Kingpin any news regarding Interplay, the publisher and owner of the rights to Kingpin, is worth reporting.

It's being reported that Bethesda is suing Interplay Over Use Of Fallout License.

As you probably know Kingpin is now available for purchase from Steam and GoG.com.
